## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Führung der gesamtarbeitsvertraglich vereinbarten Alterssparkonten für Arbeitnehmende im Schweizerischen Isoliergewerbe. Sie führt nach Massgabe der reglementarischen Bestimmungen Alterssparkonten zur finanziellen Unterstützung des flexiblen Altersrücktritts der Arbeitnehmenden sowie deren Hinterbliebenen gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Invalidität und Tod. Die Führung der Alterssparkonten der Stiftung Alterssparkonten Isoliergewerbe erfolgt durch die im GAV bezeichnete Durchführungsstelle. Der Stiftungszweck wird mittels einer Alterssparkasse mit ergänzender Risikoversicherung erfüllt.
