## Purpose

Die Stiftung stellt Alterswohnungen auf gemeinnütziger und ökumenischer Grundlage, bevorzugt im Stadtquartier Oberstrass in Zürich, zur Verfügung. Mindestens ein Drittel dieser Wohnungen sollen soweit möglich als subventioniert angeboten werden. Zu diesem Zweck kann die Stiftung geeignete Unterkünfte bauen, erwerben, umbauen, mieten, vermieten, sich an Alterszentren oder Siedlungen anderer Trägerschaften beteiligen und jede andere Massnahme treffen oder fördern, welche geeignet ist, Seniorinnen und Senioren (bevorzugt aus dem Kirchenkreis, zu welchem die ehemalige Ev.-ref. Kirchgemeinde Zürich-Oberstrass gehört), für ihren Lebensabend ein Zuhause, bei Bedarf und soweit möglich mit Betreuung, zu bieten. Die Stiftung verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn.
