## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Führung eines Zentrums für den dritten Lebensabschnitt (Alters- und Pflegeheim, Wohnformen 60+, Abteilung für Demenzkranke u.a.) unter folgendem Leitgedanken: Gesunden und Pflegebedürftigen jene Begleitung und Dienstleistungen für Körper, Geist und Seele anzubieten, welche ihnen helfen, mit dem Alltag, mit Krankheit und Alter sinnvoll umzugehen und das Sterben als Teil des irdischen Lebens vertrauend anzunehmen. Dies im Geiste des heiligen Franziskus von Assisi "…und wenn einer von ihnen in Krankheit fällt, dann müssen die anderen Brüder ihm so dienen, wie sie selbst bedient sein wollen". Die Stiftung kann sich mit Grundeigentum und/oder Kapital, für die Erstellung und Führung von Wohnformen 60+ oder durchmischtem Wohnen (Alt und Jung) beteiligen und ausserdem Dienstleistungen dafür anbieten. Die Stiftung kann solche Wohnformen auch ausserhalb des Alterszentrums selber erstellen und betreiben. Die Stiftung darf nicht in einen staatlichen oder gemeindlichen Betrieb übergehen. Ein Verkauf von Grundeigentum ist möglich, wenn der Verkaufserlös für die Erfüllung des Stiftungszwecks verwendet wird. Die Stiftung kann auf dem Areal und ihren Liegenschaften generationenübergreifende Dienstleistungsprojekte kultureller, sozialer und gesundheitsbezogener Art fördern.
