## Purpose

Der Verein Standortförderung Zürcher Weinland bezweckt die Förderung und nachhaltige Entwicklung der Region Zürcher Weinland als attraktiver Lebens-, Freizeit- und Wirtschaftsraum. Er stärkt die Bekanntheit der Region nach aussen, fördert die regionale Identität und unterstützt die Entwicklung der lokalen Wirtschaft sowie die regionale Wertschöpfung. Der Verein orientiert sich an den drei Dimensionen der Nachhaltigkeit - Ökologie, Ökonomie und Soziales - und setzt sich für eine ausgewogene Entwicklung von Lebensraum, Lebensqualität und wirtschaftlicher Leistungsfähigkeit ein. Zur Erreichung seines Zwecks ist der Verein insbesondere in folgenden Handlungsfeldern tätig: a) Freizeit und Tourismus; b) Regionalprodukte; c) Wirtschaft; d) Bildung; e) Kultur. Tragen Aktivitäten aus anderen Bereichen ebenfalls zur Erreichung des Vereinsziel bei, kann der Verein ohne gesonderte Beschlüsse eigenständig aktiv werden und Projekte initiieren, umsetzen und begleiten.
