## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Lancierung, Förderung und Durchführung von Aus- und Weiterbildung auf dem Gebiet der Kommunikation. Im Zentrum steht dabei ein modulares, kombinier- und anrechenbares Aus- und Weiterbildungsangebot für Unternehmen, Organisationen und Einzelpersonen. Weiter bezweckt die Stiftung die Publikation von Fachwissen sowie das Anbieten von Plattformen für Know-how-Transfer, Diskussion und Begegnung im Bereich der Kommunikation. Die Stiftung bezweckt zur Erfüllung ihres Bildungsauftrages zudem die Förderung einer nachhaltigen, verbindlichen Kommunikationskultur zur Stärkung des Werts der Kommunikation als zentrales Instrument zum Aufbau von Verständnis und Vertrauen innerhalb unserer Gesellschaft. Dazu arbeitet sie mit anerkannten nationalen und internationalen Spezialisten zusammen. Sie engagiert sich für die Wahrnehmung der Kommunikationsdisziplin und pflegt den kontinuierlichen Kontakt zu Medien und Medienschaffenden sowie Opinion Leaders aus Gesellschaft, Politik und Wirtschaft. Die Stiftung bemüht sich im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten, den Zugang zu ihren Aus- und Weiterbildungsangeboten auch Personen mit limitierten finanziellen Mitteln zu erleichtern. Die Stiftung ist kulturell, politisch und konfessionell unabhängig. Sie verfolgt keinen Erwerbszweck und strebt keinen Gewinn an. Der Stiftungszweck kann gegebenenfalls auch in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Institutionen verfolgt werden.
