## Purpose

Der Verein SWIA bezweckt die Förderung des weltweiten Frauensports und bildet zu diesem Zweck ein Kompetenzzentrum für die Entwicklung, Koordination und Thematisierung des Frauensports. Der Verein SWIA trifft Vorbereitungen zur Gründung einer Stiftung für den internationalen Frauensport mit dem Ziel, den Vereinszweck sowie alle weiteren Aktivitäten des Vereins zu unterstützen. Der Verein kann allfällig weiterführende, aus seinen Tätigkeiten erwachsene Aufgaben weiterverfolgen, namentlich die Organisation und Durchführung von Frauensport-Projekten aller Art. Der Verein kann Zweigniederlassungen in der Schweiz und im Ausland errichten, mit anderen Vereinen kooperieren, Geschäfte eingehen und Verträge abschliessen, sofern dies dem Zweck des Vereins dient, ihn fördert oder direkt oder indirekt damit in Zusammenhang steht. Der Verein ist nicht kommerziell tätig und die finanziellen Mittel dienen ausschliesslich der Verfolgung des gemeinnützigen Zwecks zur Förderung des Frauensports.
