## Purpose

Der Verein bezweckt erstens den Betrieb einer gemeinnützigen Spitex-Organisation mit öffentlichem Leistungsauftrag zugunsten der Bevölkerung der angeschlossenen Mitgliedergemeinden. Die Spitex-Organisation soll sämtliche Leistungen erbringen, die vom Kanton im Rahmen des Leistungsvertrags als solche benannt sind. Darüber hinaus gehören weitere Dienstleistungen der Hilfe und Pflege zu Hause zum Leistungsauftrag der Spitex-Organisation. Der Betrieb der Spitex-Organisation kann ganz oder teilweise in eine oder mehrere Betriebsgesellschaften ausgelagert werden. Zweitens sieht sich der Verein als Unterstützer der Menschen im Versorgungsgebiet bei Krankheit, Unfall, körperlicher und/oder seelischer Beeinträchtigung sowie als Förderer von Dienstleistungsangeboten, welche nicht zum Kernauftrag der öffentlichen Spitex-Organisationen gehören, die bei der Versorgung der Bevölkerung aber dennoch eine wesentliche Rolle spielen.
