## Purpose

Die Gesellschaft kann Vermögenswerte belasten und pfandrechtlich belehnen sowie Finanzierungen für eigene oder fremde Rechnung vornehmen sowie zu Gunsten von Tochtergesellschaften und Nahestehende Garantien und Bürgschaften eingehen oder andere Sicherstellungen leisten.
