## Purpose

Weiter bezweckt die Stiftung die Unterstützung der Arbeitnehmer, von deren Hinterbliebenen sowie von Rentnern, die unverschuldet in eine finanzielle Notlage geraten, wie namentlich bei Krankheit, Unfall, Invalidität oder Arbeitslosigkeit. Der Stiftung kann durch Beschluss des Stiftungsrates, welcher der Aufsichtsbehörde zur Kenntnis zu bringen ist, auch das Personal von Unternehmungen angeschlossen werden, die mit der Firma wirtschaftlich oder finanziell eng verbunden sind.
