## Purpose

Der Zweck der Stiftung besteht in der freiwilligen Vorsorge zugunsten der Arbeitnehmer der Firma sowie deren Hinterbliebenen gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Alter, Invalidität und Tod. Der Zweck kann insbesondere erfüllt werden durch, die Erbringung von freiwilligen Zusatzleistungen zu den reglementarischen Vorsorgeleistungen bei Alter, Invalidität und Tod, die Erbringung von freiwilligen Einkaufsleistungen bei der reglementarischen Vorsorge der Arbeitnehmer, die Erbringung von freiwilligen Leistungen zur Finanzierung von Beiträgen und Versicherungsprämien sowie Stabilisierung der finanziellen Lage an andere steuerbefreite Personalvorsorgeeinrichtungen, die zugunsten der Destinatäre bestehen. Weiter bezweckt die Stiftung die freiwillige Unterstützung der Arbeitnehmer und deren Hinterbliebenen in Notlagen wie bei Krankheit, Unfall oder Arbeitslosigkeit. Der Stiftung kann durch Beschluss des Stiftungsrates, welcher der Aufsichtsbehörde zur Kenntnis zu bringen ist, auch das Personal von mit der Firma wirtschaftlich oder finanziell eng verbundenen Unternehmungen angeschlossen werden, sofern der Stiftung dazu die nötigen Mittel zur Verfügung gestellt und die Anwartschaften der bisherigen Destinatäre nicht geschmälert werden.
