## Purpose

Die Stiftung stellt für die Mitglieder von EIT.swiss und nachfolgend Stifterverband genannt den Ausgleich für die gesamtarbeitsvertraglichen Sozialleistungen (ohne BVG) sicher und sorgt insbesondere dafür, dass die Überschüsse sicher angelegt, verwaltet und nur dem Zweck entsprechend verwendet werden. Ist den Mitgliedern des Stifterverbands der Ausgleich für die gesamtarbeitsvertraglichen Sozialleistungen i. S. von lit. a dieses Artikels gewährleistet, kann die Stiftung einer Institution mit anderem Destinatärkreis, aber gleicher Zwecksetzung, Leistungen zukommen lassen. Ferner kann die Stiftung den Stifterverband in seinen Aus- und Weiterbildungsbestrebungen sowie der Erfüllung seiner Aufgaben in der Berufsbildung unterstützen.
