## Purpose

Der Zweck der Stiftung ist identisch mit den in CIC/1983, c. 1274 § 1 und § 3 enthaltenen Bestimmungen: Die Stiftung hat somit in der Diözese Chur als Einrichtung zu dienen, die Vermögen oder Gaben zu dem Zweck sammelt, dass der Unterhalt der Kleriker, die für die Diözese Dienst tun, gemäss c. 281 gewährleistet ist, falls nicht anders für sie vorgesorgt ist" (CIC, c. 1274 § 1); durch die der Diözesanbischof in die Lage versetzt wird, "den Verpflichtungen gegenüber den anderen Kirchenbediensteten Genüge zu leisten und den verschiedenen Erfordernissen der Diözese nachzukommen" (CIC, c. 1274 § 3).
