## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt die Erhaltung und den Betrieb der unter Denkmalpflege-Schutzverordnung stehenden Siedlung „Gwad", Au Wädenswil, sowie die Förderung des diesbezüglichen Siedlungsgedanken durch: a) die Bestellung von selbständigen und dauernden Baurechten i.S. von Art. 675 u. 779 ZGB auf den Parzellen 13410-13435 in der Siedlung „Gwad" b) Genossenschaftliches Eigentum an der nicht mit Baurechten belasteten Parzelle 10226 mit Grünflächen und Anlagen (Strassen, Wege, Acker, Wiesen, Wald, und Gewässer) des Siedlungs-Areales sowie deren Unterhalt und Verwaltung c) die Erhaltung der bestehenden Siedlungs-Einfamilienhäuser gemäss Schutzverordnung vom 10. Juli 2014 d) die Förderung aller mit der Siedlungsgemeinschaft verbundenen ideellen und materiellen Interessen e) die Aufstellung einer Quartierordnung.
