## Purpose

Die Gesellschaft bezweckt: a) den Zusammenschluss selbständig praktizierender oder in leitender Stellung tätiger Wirtschaftsberater; b) die Förderung der beruflichen Qualifikation ihrer Mitglieder und deren Anerkennung als qualifizierte und zuständige Berater; c) die Förderung der wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Praxis, insbesondere durch Bildung von Fachgruppen, durch Kontaktnahme mit Hochschulen und mit nahestehenden Berufsorganisationen im In- und Ausland; d) die Veranstaltung periodischer Anlässe zwecks offizieller Stellungnahme zu aktuellen wirtschaftlichen Tagesfragen; e) die Durchführung von Kursen und Prüfungen für die Erlangung eines BBT-anerkannten Berufes. Die Gesellschaft ist politisch und konfessionell neutral und umfasst Mitglieder aus allen Landesteilen der Schweiz.
