## Purpose

Er bezweckt die Wahrung und Förderung der gemeinsamen Interessen der Juden und Jüdinnen in der Schweiz, insbesondere auch deren Vertretung gegenüber den eidgenössischen Behörden und gesamtschweizerischen Institutionen sowie internationalen jüdischen Organisationen, in enger Verbundenheit mit Israel und den Juden und Jüdinnen in der ganzen Welt.
