## Purpose

Der Verein bezweckt: a. die gemeinsame Umsetzung, Durchführung und Durchsetzung der Bestimmungen des GAV Holzbau; b. die Führung des Vollzugsfonds Holzbau; c. die Durchführung weiterer von Sozialpartnern oder dem Staat übertragener Aufgaben. Zu diesem Zweck trifft er sämtliche Massnahmen, die nötig sind. Dazu gehört auch die Durchführung von Zivilprozessen und Verwaltungsverfahren, namentlich zur Durchsetzung des GAV Holzbau im Namen und mit Vollmacht der Vertragsparteien des GAV. Im Falle eines gesamtarbeitsvertragslosen Zustandes trifft er sichernde und interimistische Massnahmen, mit Blick auf die Weiterführung der Hauptfunktionen nach Beseitigung des vertragslosen Zustandes. Dazu nutzt er den ihm zur Verfügung stehenden rechtlichen Rahmen mit Rücksicht auf alle Betroffenen.
