## Purpose

Der Verein bezweckt die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen für seine Mitglieder, damit sie im Rahmen ihrer Anlageentscheide die Verantwortung gegenüber Umwelt, Gesellschaft und Wirtschaft ganzheitlich wahrnehmen können. Er berücksichtigt dabei die Verpflichtung seiner Mitglieder zur treuhänderischen Verwaltung der ihnen anvertrauten Vermögenswerte. Er wählt eine systematische Vorgehensweise und stellt sicher, dass den Mitgliedern die erforderliche Datenbasis zur Verfügung steht, damit diese im Anlageentscheidungsprozess nebst finanziellen auch nicht finanzielle Faktoren (Umwelt-, Sozial- und Unternehmungsführungskriterien) berücksichtigen können ("Environmental, Social and Governance"- oder "ESG-Ansatz"). Er ist nicht gewinnorientiert. Er ist politisch und konfessionell unabhängig.
