## Purpose

Der Verein führt eine Schuldenberatungsstelle. Diese berät im Kanton Glarus überschuldete natürliche Personen oder solche, denen unmittelbar Überschuldung droht. Die Beratungsstelle übernimmt gegen Entschädigung für natürliche Personen Schuldensanierungen und entwickelt eine einheitliche Sanierungspraxis. Sie übernimmt die Sachwalterschaft gemäss Art. 333ff. des Schuldbetreibungs- und Konkursgesetzes (SchKG). Sie unterstützt öffentliche und private soziale Stellen bei der Bearbeitung von Schuldenproblemen. Der Verein informiert die Öffentlichkeit über Schuldenfragen und engagiert sich im Bereich der Schuldenprävention. Der Verein beschafft finanzielle Mittel, um Schuldensanierungen durchzuführen (Fonds de Roulement) und verwaltet diese Mittel zweckmässig.
