## Purpose

Ausschliesslicher Zweck der Stiftung ist die Bewahrung, Verbreitung und Anwendung der religiösen "I AM"-Lehre in der Schweiz, wie sie von der Saint Germain Foundation, Schaumburg, IL, USA, als Stifterin, herausgegeben wird. Anerkannt als Lebensgesetz und Inhalt der "I AM"-Lehre sind einzig und allein die "Dictations" und die übrigen Instruktionen in englischer Sprache, die von den "Ascended Masters" und "Cosmic Beings" durch die "Accredited Messengers", Mr. und Mrs. G.W. Ballard, übermittelt worden sind. Der Stiftungsrat kann in der Schweiz insbesondere Gruppen ("I AM" Temples, Sanctuaries und Study Groups) errichten und aufheben, sowie, unter Vorbehalt der Zustimmung durch die Stifterin, deren Verantwortliche ("I AM" Sponsors, Co-Sponsors, Assistant Sponsors und Group Leaders in Charge) ernennen und abberufen. Die Gruppen haben keine Rechtspersönlichkeit und keine Vermögensfähigkeit. Sie können nur bei entsprechender Ermächtigung durch den Stiftungsrat im Namen und auf Rechnung der Stiftung handeln. Die Stiftung und die Gruppen können für die Ausübung ihrer Aktivitäten und für die Betreibung von "I AM" Reading Rooms Gebäude und Räume mieten. Die Stiftung kann Grundstücke erwerben, insbesondere zur Errichtung von "I AM" Temples und "Cities of Light". Der Stiftungsrat kann in der Schweiz Saint Germain Foundation Klassen durchführen.
