## Purpose

Der Verein fördert Bildung und Erziehung im Sinne der TZI (Themenzentrierte Interaktion) nach Ruth C. Cohn. Er dient der Förderung der internationalen Gesinnung, der Toleranz auf allen Gebieten der Kultur und des Völkerverständigungsgedankens. Der Verein verfolgt ausschliesslich und unmittelbar gemeinnützige Zwecke. Der Verein verwirklicht diese Zwecke insbesondere durch: Kurse, Seminare, berufsspezifische Fachgruppen, Arbeitskreise und andere Veranstaltungen zur Ausbildung und Fortbildung in der TZI wie auch durch gemeinsame Veranstaltungen mit den Mitgliedern; internationale und interkulturelle Zusammenarbeit und Organisation gleicher Zweckorientierung; Unterstützung seiner Mitglieder bei der Erfüllung ihrer Aufgaben; Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Organisationen, Einrichtungen und Fachkräften, soweit es der Erreichung des Zwecks dienlich ist; Forschung, Weiterentwicklung und Überprüfung der TZI in ihren vielfältigen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten; allgemeine und zielgruppenspezifische Öffentlichkeitsarbeit. Der Verein ist Dachverband regionaler Vereine, Institutionen und Fachgruppen für TZI. Der Verein erwirtschaftet lediglich die Mittel, die für die Verfolgung seines Zwecks notwendig sind.
