## Purpose

Der gemeinnützige Zweck der Stiftung ist die Förderung und Erhaltung der Kulturlandschaft im Knonaueramt durch Bewahrung der gestifteten landwirtschaftlichen Grundstücke im heutigen Zustand. Diese Grundstücke dürfen weder zerstückelt noch (weiter) überbaut werden. Zudem ist der Baumgarten im Zustand zu belassen, wie er am Tage des Ablebens des Stifters vorgefunden wurde, insbesondere ist der Obstgarten auf dem Grundstück lsenbach mit seinen (mindestens150) Hochstammbäumen für die Obstgewinnung, welche zum Teil „prospecie rara"-Sortenenthalten, zu bewahren. Die Stiftung soll des Weiteren durch Forschung und Entwicklung im Bereich Mensch, Umwelt und Energie zu einem sicheren und intakten Lebensraum beitragen. Die Stiftung verfolgt keinen Erwerbszweck.
