## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Verwirklichung der rotarischen Zielsetzung im Sinne des Dienstes am Mitmenschen (Gemeindienst und Jugenddienst) und zwar insbesondere durch: 1) Hilfeleistung zugunsten von in Not oder Bedrängnis geratenen Menschen im In- und Ausland, 2) Ausbildung und Förderung von einheimischen Jugendlichen durch Gewährung von Stipendien oder Kostenzuschüssen, 3) Förderung des internationalen Lehrlings-, Schüler- bzw. Studentenaustausches, der zum besseren Verständnis unter den Völkern dient. Dabei kann die Stiftung von sich aus tätig werden oder sich an Aktionen beteiligen, oder solche unterstützen, die durch andere Organisationen mit ähnlicher, gemeinnütziger Zielsetzung durchgeführt werden. Aus dem Stiftungsvermögen und seinen Erträgnissen dürfen keine Leistungen erbracht werden, die der Bestreitung der Verwaltungskosten des Clubs, gesellschaftlichen oder anderen Zwecken dienen, die nicht im Zusammenhang mit den vorstehend genannten Zielsetzungen stehen. Die Stiftung verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn.
