## Purpose

Der Zweck des Vereins besteht darin, die Ausbildung und wissenschaftliche Forschung durch Forschungsinstitute im Bereich Kunstgeschichte und verwandter Disziplinen zu fördern; allgemeine und weiterführende Informationen über die wissenschaftlichen Aktivitäten und Beiträge der Institute bereitzustellen; operative und administrative Informationen zwischen den Instituten auszutauschen; wissenschaftliche und forschungsrelevante Informationen zwischen den Instituten auszutauschen und gemeinsame Forschungsprojekte zu fördern. Des Weiteren wird der Verein ermächtigt, jegliche weiteren Massnahmen und Aktivitäten vorzunehmen, die zur Erreichung der vorgenannten Ziele und Zwecke erforderlich und angemessen sind.
