## Purpose

Der Verein führt das deutschschweizerische ökumenische Kompetenzzentrum für Bildungsmedien Relimedia in Zürich. Relimedia nimmt insbesondere folgende Aufgaben wahr: a) Anbieten von aktuellen Medien für Unterricht und Erwachsenenbildung; b) Ausleihen von Printmedien; c) Produktion, Ausleihe und Verkauf audiovisueller Medien für die thematischen Bereiche Kirche, Religionen, Ethik und Lebenskunde. 3. Die Dienstleistungen von Relimedia werden durch die Vereinsmitglieder finanziert und stehen ihnen und ihren Angestellten und Mitgliedern offen (vgl Art. 18.3k). 4. Der Verein verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn.
