## Purpose

Die Tierkörpersammelstelle bezweckt, den Kadaveranfall gemäss kantonaler Gesetzgebung in der Region zu sammeln. Zu diesem Zweck erbaut die Aktiengesellschaft eine regionale Tierkörpersammelstelle und besorgt deren Unterhalt und Betrieb. Die Gesellschaft ist nicht gewinnorientiert. Die Kosten (Investitions-, Erneuerungs- und Betriebskosten) werden grundsätzlich entsprechend den Anteilsrechten der Gemeinden, berechnet aufgrund der Einwohnerzahl (20%), der Grossvieheinheiten (30%) und der abgelieferten Schlachthofabfälle (50%), verteilt. Der Kostenverteiler wird jeweils nach den neusten publizierten Einwohnerzahlen (Kantonales Amt für Statistik) festgelegt. Die Beteiligungsrechte bleiben unbesehen einer Änderung im Kostenverteiler bestehen. Die Gesellschaft kann sich an gleichartigen oder verwandten Unternehmen beteiligen, solche erwerben oder errichten sowie alle Geschäfte durchführen und Verträge abschliessen, die geeignet sind, den Zweck der Gesellschaft zu fördern.
