## Purpose

Sie erreicht ihren Zweck insbesondere durch Beratung, Unterstützung und Interessenwahrung der Mitglieder im Verkehr mit Behörden und Dritten; Bereitstellung von Fachwissen für die Mitglieder, wie Publikationen, Statistiken und ähnliche Dokumente; Bereitstellung oder Vermittlung von Spezialisten für kaufmännische, technische, juristische und steuerliche Fragen; Bereitstellung oder Vermittlung von technischen Hilfsmitteln zur Durchführung und administrativen Bewältigung des Personalwesens; Risikomanagement im Personalbereich (Risikovermeidung, Risikoermittlung, Risikoverteilung sowie Rückdeckung); Bereitstellung oder Vermittlung von Risikoträgern für die Mitglieder und deren Personal (Versicherungsgesellschaften, Vorsorgeeinrichtungen); Beratung und Unterstützung beim Aufbau von Personal-, Vorsorge- und Entschädigungskonzepten (insbesondere Ausarbeitung von Bonus- und Mitarbeiteraktienplänen) sowie bei der Schaffung der Unternehmenskultur); Ausbildung, Schulung und Betreuung von Organen und Mitarbeitern im Personalwesen; Beratung und Unterstützung im Informationswesen. Die Vereinigung ist nicht gewinnstrebig.
