Die Genossenschaft kann Patente, Handelsmarken, technische und industrielle Kenntnisse erwerben, verwalten und übertragen. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an anderen kommerziellen und industriellen Unternehmungen beteiligen und im In- und Ausland Zweigniederlassungen und Tochtergesellschaften errichten. Die Genossenschaft kann im Übrigen alle Geschäfte tätigen, die geeignet sind, die Erreichung des Genossenschaftszweckes zu fördern.
