## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt, Mitglieder von kantonalen, regionalen und kommunalen Polizeikorps der Schweiz oder deren Angehörige durch Gewährung von einmaligen oder wiederkehrenden Zuwendungen zu unterstützen. Voraussetzung ist, dass das Mitglied des betreffenden Polizeikorps in Ausübung einer Dienstpflicht einen physischen oder psychischen Nachteil erlitten hat. Im Weiteren können auch unverschuldete soziale Härtefälle gemildert werden, die bei einem Korpsmitglied sonst wie entstanden sind. Ferner bezweckt die Stiftung, soziale Härtefälle von Angehörigen zu mildern, sofern der Härtefall durch Tod oder Invalidität der oben erwähnten Destinatäre entstanden ist. Der Stiftungsrat kann die Gewährung von Zuwendungen jederzeit frei widerrufen; es besteht auf Zuwendungen kein Rechtsanspruch der Destinatäre.
