## Purpose

Der Zweck von PluSport besteht in der Förderung des Sportes für Menschen mit einer Behinderung und in der Integration und Inklusion von Menschen mit einer Behinderung durch den Sport. Die Arbeit von PluSport soll Menschen mit einer Behinderung eine sinnvolle sportliche Betätigung ermöglichen, unter Einbezug der behindertenspezifischen Anforderungen und Gegebenheiten. PluSport trägt bei zur Verbesserung der Selbständigkeit, Selbstbestimmung und Lebensqualität und zu einem erhöhten Verständnis für Menschen mit einer Behinderung in der Gesellschaft. PluSport nimmt national und international die Interessen des schweizerischen Behindertensportes wahr, vom Breitensport über die Nachwuchsförderung bis zum Spitzensport.
