## Purpose

Wir sind das Kompetenzzentrum für alle Fragen rund um Herkunft und Zugehörigkeit von Kindern, die nicht oder nur teilweise bei ihren Herkunftsfamilien aufwachsen. Dazu gehören insbesondere Kinder, die in Pflegefamilien leben, adoptierte Kinder sowie solche, welche mit Hilfe der Fortpflanzungsmedizin entstanden sind. Wir orientieren uns an ihren Bedürfnissen und an ihren Rechten auf Schutz, Förderung und Mitwirkung. Zudem sensibilisieren wir alle involvierten Akteurinnen und Akteure für die Notwendigkeit von tragfähigen Lösungen und klaren Perspektiven.
