Der Anschluss einer verbundenen Unternehmung erfolgt aufgrund einer schriftlichen Anschlussvereinbarung, die der Aufsichtsbehörde zur Kenntnis zu bringen ist. Die Rechte der bisherigen Destinatäre müssen gewahrt werden.
