## Purpose

Kann über die gesetzlichen Mindestleistungen hinaus weitergehende Vorsorge betreiben, einschliesslich Unterstützungsleistungen in Notlagen wie bei Krankheit, Unfall oder Arbeitslosigkeit. Durch Beschluss des Stiftungsrates kann im Einvernehmen mit der Firma auch das Personal von Betrieben, die mit der Firma finanziell oder wirtschaftlich eng verbunden sind, der Stiftung angeschlossen werden, sofern der Stiftung von diesen Betrieben die erforderlichen Mittel zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
