## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Durchführung der beruflichen Vorsorge im Rahmen des BVG und seiner Ausführungsbestimmungen für die nachstehend bezeichneten Destinatäre gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Alter, Tod und Invalidität. Destinatäre sind die Arbeitnehmer der Firma und ihre Angehörigen und ihre Hinterlassenen sowie Personen, für die der Arbeitnehmer im Zeitpunkt seines Todes oder in den letzten Jahren vor seinem Tod in erheblichem Umfang gesorgt hat. Die Stiftung kann über die gesetzlichen Mindestleistungen hinaus weitergehende Vorsorge betreiben, einschliesslich Unterstützungsleistungen in Notlagen wie bei Krankheit, Unfall oder Arbeitslosigkeit. Durch Beschluss des Stiftungsrats kann im Einvernehmen mit der Firma auch das Personal von Betrieben, die mit der Firma finanziell oder wirtschaftlich eng vebunden sind, der Stiftung angeschlossen werden, sofern der Stiftung von diesen Betrieben die erforderlichen Mittel zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Entsprechende Anschlussvereinbarungen sind der Aufsichtsbehörde zur Kenntnis zu bringen.
