## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Fürsorge für die Angestellten und Arbeiter der Stifterfirma, sowie deren Angehörige und Hinterbliebene durch Gewährung von Unterstützungen in Fällen von Alter, Invalidität, Tod sowie in Notlagen wie bei Krankheit, Unfall, Militärdienst oder Arbeitslosigkeit. Zur Erreichung des Stiftungszweckes kann die Stiftung Versicherungsverträge zugunsten der Destinatäre oder eines Teiles derselben abschliessen oder in solche bestehende Verträge eintreten. Versicherungsnehmerin und Begünstige ist in jedem Fall die Stiftung.
