## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Fürsorge für die Arbeitnehmer der Klinik Zugersee sowie deren Angehörige und Hinterbliebenen durch Gewährung von Unterstützungen in Fällen von Alter, Tod und Invalidität sowie bei besonderer Notlage infolge Krankheit, Unfalls oder Militärdienstes. Gratifikationen, andere Zahlungen mit lohnähnlichem Charakter sowie Leistungen, zu denen die Stifterin ausser der beruflichen Vorsorge durch Gesetzesvorschriften verpflichtet ist, dürfen nicht aus dem Vermögen der Stiftung ausgerichtet werden. Zur Erreichung des Stiftungszwecks kann die Stiftung als Versicherungsnehmerin und Begünstigte Versicherungsverträge zugunsten der Destinatäre oder eines Teils derselben abschliessen oder in bestehende Versicherungsverträge eintreten.
