## Purpose

Die Beiträge des Arbeitgebers können jedoch nur aus Mitteln der Stiftung erbracht werden, wenn von diesem vorgängig Beitragsreserven geäufnet worden und diese gesondert ausgewiesen sind (Arbeitgeberbeitragsreserven).Weiter bezweckt die Stiftung die Unterstützung der Arbeitnehmer und deren Hinterbliebenen in Notlagen wie bei Krankheit, Unfall, Invalidität oder Arbeitslosigkeit.
