## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Äufnung der nötigen Mittel für künftige Erfüllung der Arbeitgeberbeitragspflichten der zur SFS Gruppe gehörenden Firmen gegenüber den entsprechenden Personalfürsorgestiftungen dieser Firmen. Für jede Firma wird innerhalb der Patronalen Stiftung eine Arbeitgeberbeitragsreserve errichtet. Sämtliche Zuwendungen fliessen in die entsprechende Arbeitgeberbeitragsreserve; Erwerb und Verwaltung von Mitarbeiteraktien von zur SFS Gruppe gehörenden Firmen sowie Weitergabe solcher Aktien an Mitarbeitende bzw. Rücknahme der Aktien beim Ausscheiden der Mitarbeitenden; Ausserdem bezweckt die Stiftung die freiwillige Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden, welche bei einer zur SFS Gruppe gehörenden Firma tätig sind oder tätig waren und in eine unverschuldete Notlage geraten sind.
