## Purpose

Unterhalt, Sanierung und nötigenfalls auch Erneuerung der als Objekte nationaler Bedeutung unter Denkmalschutz stehenden alten und vor allem der neuen Pantenbrücke als einzige Verbindung vom Tal zum Alp- und Berggebiet des Talabschlusses des Glarnerlandes, und damit auch als Objekte öffentlichen Interesses. Der Tagwen Linthal-Dorf stellt der Stiftung die Pantenbrücken bei Linthal zur Erhaltung, Erschliessung und Nutzung unentgeltlich zur Verfügung. Das Eigentum an den Brücken verbleibt beim Tagwen Linthal-Dorf. Hinsichtlich der Benutzung der Brücken durch die Stifter, die Kraftwerke Linth-Limmern AG (KLL) und allfällige weitere Benutzer gelten grundsätzlich weiterhin die bestehenden Vereinbarungen betr. der Benutzung und den Unterhalt des Fahrsträsschens Tierfehd-Hintersand, bzw. die Bestimmungen der Konzession für die Ausnützung der Wasserkräfte im Quellgebiet der Linth.
