Company Purpose

Erfüllung der den Vereinbarungskantonen nach der Bundesgesetzgebung über die berufliche Alters-, Hinterlassenen- und Invalidenvorsorge übertragenen Aufgaben; die Vereinbarungskantone können der Ostschweizer BVG- und Stiftungsaufsicht die nach den Bestimmungen des Schweizerischen Zivilgesetzbuches den Kantonen zugewiesenen Aufgaben der Oberaufsicht und der Aufsicht über die klassischen Stiftungen sowie die Funktionen als Umwandlungs- und Änderungsbehörde übertragen.
