## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt die Erstellung und den Betrieb von Anlagen zur Erzeugung von erneuerbarem elektrischem Strom (vor allem Photovoltaik-Anlagen), die Erstellung und der Betrieb von Erzeugungs- und Verbrauchgemeinschaften (z.B. Die Genossenschaft ermöglicht den Genossenschaftern ihren eigenen Strombedarf CO2 frei in Gemeinschaftsanlagen zu produzieren. Sie kann Grundstücke erwerben oder veräussern, auf alle Geschäfte eingehen und Verträge abschliessen, die geeignet sind, ihren Zweck zu fördern. Daneben können noch andere dem Zwecke der Genossenschaft dienende Aufgaben übernommen werden.
