## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Durchführung der beruflichen Vorsorge im Rahmen des BVG und seiner Ausführungsbestimmungen durch die Gewährung von Leistungen im Alter, bei Tod und bei Invalidität für die Arbeitnehmer der der Stiftung angeschlossenen Unternehmungen und für weitere Personen, welche sich der Stiftung im Rahmen der steuerrechtlichen Bestimmungen mittels Anschlussvertrag anschliessen. Die Stiftung bezweckt die Durchführung der obligatorischen beruflichen Vorsorge im Rahmen des BVG sowie der nicht obligatorischen beruflichen Vorsorge. Die Stiftung kann daneben auch Unterstützungen oder Ermessensleistungen in besonderen Notlagen wie zum Beispiel bei Krankheit, Invalidität, Unfall oder Arbeitslosigkeit erbringen. Grundlage hierfür bilden der Beschluss der Vorsorgekommission sowie das Vorhandensein von entsprechendem freiem Vermögen im von der Vorsorgekommission vertretenen Vorsorgewerk. Der Arbeitgeber kann in die Vorsorge einbezogen werden. Er darf dabei in keiner Hinsicht besser gestellt werden als die Arbeitnehmer. Zur Erreichung ihres Zweckes kann die Stiftung Versicherungsverträge abschliessen oder in bestehende Verträge eintreten, wobei sie selbst Versicherungsnehmerin und Begünstigte sein muss. Der Stiftungsrat kann die Geschäftsführung sowie die Verwaltung der Vermögen an Dritte übertragen.
