## Purpose

Im Auftrag der Trägerorganisationen bezweckt der Verein die Förderung der Bildung, der Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie der Kultur der Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer. Zu diesem Zweck betreibt der Verein ein Bildungsinstitut, welches im Interesse der lohnabhängigen Arbeitenden und ihren Organisationen insbesondere Bildungskurse und Beratung koordiniert, anbietet und evaluiert, die Vernetzung mit anderen Bildungs- und Wissensinstitutionen im In- und Ausland pflegt sowie Bildungsdokumentationen und weitere Publikationen veröffentlicht.
