## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die ökologische und wirtschaftliche Erhaltung und Belebung des bäuerlichen und handwerklichen Kulturguts in der Gemeinde Geuensee und deren näheren Umgebung, insbesondere die ökologische und wirtschaftliche Erhaltung und Belebung der historischen ÖIi Geuensee und des Speichers (Grundstücke Nrn. 218, 1012 und 1040, alle Grundbuch Geuensee) sowie der historischen Müli Geuensee und des dazugehörigen Landwirtschaftsbetriebs (Grundstücke Nrn. 203, 224, 230,232, 299 und 442, alle Grundbuch Geuensee). Zu diesem Zwecke kann die Stiftung Grundeigentum, insbesondere die Grundstücke Müli, erwerben und finanzielle Beiträge zur Erhaltung und Belebung der Öli und Müli gewähren. Die Stiftung kann alle Massnahmen treffen, die zur Erreichung des Stiftungszwecks notwendig sind. Die Stiftung hat dabei stets dem Grundsatz Rechnung zu tragen, dass es sich bei der Öli Geuensee und der Müli Geuensee um einen einheitlichen Gesamtkomplex handelt, das heisst, dass nicht die Müli Geuensee der ÖIi Geuensee vorgezogen wird oder umgekehrt.
