## Purpose

Belastbarkeits- und Aufbautrainings) zur Wiedererlangung der Arbeitsfähigkeit oder zu Erhaltung der Eingliederungsfähigkeit; Berufsmassnahmen (Abklärungen, Berufslehren, Arbeitstrainings und Job Coaching) zur beruflichen Integration in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt. Führung von familienähnlichen Wohngemeinschaften (z.B. therapeutisches Wohnen, betreutes Wohnen, begleitetes Wohnen, Sprungbrettwohnen). Zur Erreichung seines Zwecks kann der Verein Grundbesitz erwerben, belasten und veräussern. Er nimmt zur Finanzierung und Förderung des Vereinszweckes auch Geschäftstätigkeiten auf. Der Verein ist gemeinnützig, verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und ist nicht gewinnorientiert.
