## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt - in Zusammenarbeit mit in- und ausländischen Universitäten - den Aufbau eines unabhängigen Instituts zur Entwicklung und Durchführung von Studienlehrgängen auf dem Gebiet des Management-Developments und angrenzenden Gebieten auf der Stufe Nachdiplom-Studium. Die Stiftung will mit ihren Lehrgängen die Qualität der Führungskader für kleine und mittelgrosse Unternehmungen fördern. Sie ist nicht gewinnstrebig, sondern vermittelt ihre Lehrgänge zu den Selbstkosten (zu denen auch kaufmännisch begründete Abschreibungen und Rückstellungen gehören). Voraussetzungslose Leistungen an die Stifterin oder an Dritte sind demgemäss ausgeschlossen. In Ausübung des Stiftungszwecks organisiert die Stiftung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Stifterin den Schulungsbetrieb. Sie sorgt mit entsprechenden Zulassungskriterien dafür, dass nur ausgewählte Kandidaten die Lehrgänge durchlaufen und die Diplomabschlüsse der Stiftung stets einen ausgezeichneten Ruf geniessen. Sie trägt Sorge dafür, dass auch ihre äussere Erscheinungsform (Räumlichkeiten, Drucksachen, Kleidung von Dozenten und Personal etc.) dem exklusiven Niveau der Ausbildung entsprechen.
