## Purpose

Die Stiftung kann Grundeigentum erwerben, verwalten, belasten und veräussern sowie sämtliche sonstigen Rechtsgeschäfte abschliessen, die den Stiftungszweck direkt oder indirekt zu fördern geeignet sind. Die Stiftung verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn. Die Destinatäre haben der Stiftung gegenüber keinen Rechtsanspruch auf Leistungen.
