## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft kann gegenüber Verpächtern von landwirtschaftlichen Liegenschaften im Kanton St.Gallen Bürgschaften eingehen, sofern die zu finanzierende Massnahme die landwirtschaftliche Nutzung des Betriebes verbessert, im Auftrage des Kantons weitere Aufgaben übernehmen, namentlich zur Verbesserung der Produktions- und Betriebsgrundlagen durch Verbürgung von Investitions- und Betriebshilfedarlehen, aus dem speziell geäufneten Hilfsfonds Beiträge zu gewähren, soweit hiefür Mittel zur Verfügung stehen.
