## Purpose

Entziehung der elterlichen Sorge) nicht in der Lage sind, für sie ausreichend zu sorgen; Kinder und Jugendliche, deren Eltern geschieden sind oder deren Partnerschaft aufgelöst wurde und der Elternteil, bei dem sich die Kinder aufhalten, nicht in der Lage ist, für sie ausreichend zu sorgen; nichteheliche und nichtpartnerschaftliche Kinder und Jugendliche, deren Erziehungsberechtigter nicht in der Lage ist, für sie ausreichend zu sorgen.
