## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Förderung von Aktivitäten in den Bereichen Kultur, Bildung und Soziales. Im Sinne des Stiftungszwecks sind die Mittel insbesondere wie folgt zu verwenden: Zuwendungen an Organisationen und Institutionen, die kulturelle Projekte aller Art durchführen; Zuwendungen an Organisationen und Institutionen, die sich im Bereich der Bildung engagieren; Zuwendungen an Integrationsprojekte für sozial ausgegrenzte Personen; Zuwendungen an Behinderte und Menschen in Notlagen; Zuwendungen an öffentliche und private Hilfsprojekte zur Unterstützung von Opfern bei Naturkatastrophen. Im Rahmen des Stifungszwecks kann die Stiftung auch Zuwendungen an andere gemeinnützige nationale oder internationale Einrichtungen vornehmen, sofern dadurch der Stiftungszweck zielgerichteter erreicht werden kann. Die Stiftung verfolgt gemeinnützige Zwecke im allgemein schweizerischen Interesse. Sie verfolgt keine Erwerbs- oder Selbshilfezwecke und erbringt insbesondere keine Leistungen an die Stifterin oder deren Rechtsnachfolgerin, ihre Mitarbeiter oder ihre Verwandten in auf- und absteigender Linie.
