## Purpose

Zweck dieser Genossenschaft ist die Förderung und Sicherstellung der ökonomischen Interessen der Mitglieder im Sinne von Artikel 828 OR, insbesondere durch Erlass und Umsetzung von Richtlinien und Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Methoden zwecks Verfolgung einer einheitlichen Geschäftspolitik und Strategie sowie durch Entwicklung und Gewährleistung einheitlicher Standards, Verfahren, Programme und Empfehlungenfür die Erbringung von fachlich qualifizierten Dienstleistungen durch die Mitglieder innerhalb der EMA-Region. Die Genossenschaft ermöglicht die Errichtung und Aufrechterhaltung einheitlicher Standards und einer einheitlichen Geschäftspolitik in Bezug auf die Arbeitsweise und die Leitung durch die Mitglieder. Darüber hinaus erteilt die Genossenschaft Ratschläge bezüglich Standards und Geschäftspolitik, an welche sich alle Mitglieder nach Möglichkeit halten sollten. Die Genossenschaft kann Geschäftsstellen, Zweigniederlassungen und Tochtergesellschaften in der Schweiz und im Ausland eröffnen. Sie kann auch Beteiligungen an anderen Gesellschaften in der Schweiz und im Ausland erwerben. Die Genossenschaft unternimmt alle Schritte, die zur Erreichung der oben genannten Ziele erforderlich oder dienlich sind. Sie erbringt selbst jedoch keine Dienstleistungen, die von ihren Mitgliedern angeboten werden.
